Due to the ongoing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and the latest developments from the Spanish Government, the below options are available for all guests who are due to arrive at Pikes Ibiza between 24th April and 31st May 2020.

We appreciate that you will have lots of questions so we have collated all booking options, as well as polices from the main airlines below for you to reference which we’ll be constantly updating. We have a dedicated team of people who will be working in the coming weeks to help with your reservations. We want to make it as easy and smooth as possible for you, whatever you choose to do.

Rebook your stay for later this year

Our Reservation Team would be happy to transfer your current booking to available dates later in the year with:

  • A complimentary €100 voucher for food and drink credit in the Hotel (per room)
  • No amendment or administration fees
  • No additional deposit payment required
  • If there is a difference in room price value for the new date, we will offer a % discount on the new price.

Transfer to a Pikes voucher

Not sure when you would like to rebook for? Our Reservation Team can help by converting your existing booking into a new Pikes Voucher. The ‘voucher’ is a credit note to the value of your deposit which is valid for 12 months. This gives you the flexibility to decide when you’d like to rebook your stay (meaning you have until April 2021 to make a new reservation 2020 / 2021). The voucher also includes:

  • A complimentary €50 voucher for food and drink credit in the Hotel (per room)
  • No amendment or administration fees
  • No additional deposit payment required
  • If there is a difference in room price value for the new date, we will offer a % discount on the new price.

Cancel your reservation

If for whatever reason we can’t find a new date for your booking in Summer 2020 or 2021 then please contact our Reservation Team on +34 971 342 222 or reservations@pikesibiza.com between 10am – 2pm (CET) quoting your name and booking reference number. Please note that as per Spanish Travel Regulations, once we have agreed with you to cancel your booking, your refund will then be processed in 60 days from that date.

Airline cancellation policies are currently responding to demand and customer concerns resulting in increased flexibility day by day, you can stay tuned via the links below:

JET2 –  If your flight has been cancelled, you’ll either be offered a suitable alternative or a refund – https://www.jet2.com/flights/incident

BRITISH AIRWAYS – To allow greater flexibility, we are enabling customers to change their destination, date of travel, or both for free, on all new bookings made from Tuesday 3 March to Sunday 31 May 2020, as well as any existing bookings that depart up to Sunday 31 May 2020. TUI Fly – all TUI fly flights have been cancelled from 23 March 2020 until 30 April 2020 included. For your cancelled flight, you will receive a voucher to book a new TUI fly flight – https://www.tuifly.be/en/coronavirus
