Competition Terms & Conditions
“The Pikes Naughty + Nice” competition – December 2022.
- Competition opens on Thursday 1st December and will end at 12:00 (midday) on Friday 23rd December 2022
- The winner will be announced via social media and contacted via email on 25th December 2022 (Christmas Day). Should the winner not respond within the given timeframe then the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen
- The winner and their guest must be aged 25+ at the time of check-in at Pikes Ibiza
- Competition prize includes: 3-night stay at Pikes Ibiza on dates of your choice (subject to availability). Prize must be used during Summer 2023. Additional prizes including continental breakfast in Room 39, a dinner for 2 in Pamelas, a brunch for two and a 200 euro bar tab.
- The prize is for any dates during Summer 2023 with the exception of our Opening Weekend and Halloween. Please note dates are subject to availability.
- Flights and transfers are not included as part of the prize.
- Entry to any events in Freddies over the selected dates will be included
- Dates are subject to room availability and cannot be transferred once booked
- The prize is for the winner of the competition and cannot be transferred to another name
- Any portion of the Prize not used by the Prize Winner is forfeited and no cash substitute will be offered or permitted
- Travel insurance is not offered as part of the Prize. The winners are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance including injury, loss and damage. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- The prize winner and their accompanying travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any other necessary document (e.g. visas) organised in time for the trip – no alternative prize will be offered if they cannot travel
- Entrants who are employed by or associated professionally with Pikes Ibiza are not eligible to win the competition
- Winners must respect the Pikes Ibiza policies
