Quickly becoming known as ‘the’ place to go on the island for a sublime dining experience our destination restaurant has a distinctly British stance on cuisine that mixes classic dishes with modern cooking methods.

Our brand new 2018 A La Carte menu caters for all tastes and needs and includes a daily specials board offering different starters, mains & side orders that incorporate the use of fresh, local, seasonal produce. Highly recommended this month is the Pressed Lamb Belly served with Roasted Sprouts, Fennel Flower & Black Garlic emulsion, or for the pescatarians, the Ragout of Cuttlefish with Squid Ink Linguini & lemon basil is a must.
To compliment our new menu our wine list continues to offer an extensive choice of local wines presenting a chance for guests to experience the best of Spanish. Red recommendations include the Hacienda Monestario Reserva from the Ribera del Duero. With a luscious, opulent palate & a velvety texture, it’s an experience from start to finish. In white, surprisingly good is ‘Forlong’, a Pedro Jimenez/ Palomino blend from Cadiz. Floral, perfumed & fresh with a lovely acidity that works really well with fish.
Head chef Lee Milne (who has worked at award-winning restaurants including ‘Restaurant Gordon Ramsay’ and ‘The Vineyard at Stockcross’) and his team are stronger than ever for the 2018 season with a number of passionate new Chefs with a wealth of culinary experience added to Pikes Kitchen.
