30ml Absolut Elyx
30ml Spanish Rosé Wine
10ml Lemon Juice
15ml Ibizan Honey
4 Strawberries (hulled and halved)
Blend all of the ingredients with a scoop of crushed ice, strain in a cocktail coupe and garnish with a strawberry and lemon peel twist.
