How does it work with reservations at Pikes this summer?

To keep our staff and customers as safe and comfortable as possible things are a little different from normal this summer. To comply with government regulations on safety and social distancing our capacities are more limited, full table service will be in operation across all of our spaces and advanced booking is required.

If you are not staying with us you can now join us for brunch and daytime drinks in our restaurant and poolside and for dinner in our restaurant or night time drinks in our Sunset Terrace and poolside terrace. For those not dining in our restaurant we also have our Pikes Pizza menu available daily from 8pm onwards.

Can I just turn up and come in?

Unfortunately we can’t accept any walk-ins for our bars or Pamelas restaurant without an advanced reservation.

If you would like to join us at any time you’ll need to make a reservation through our website and our booking partners OpenTable and Easol.

What safety measures are in place?

Is Pikes still a 25+ venue?

Yes, we are a 25 + venue. This applies to Pikes Days, Nights, Sundays and Pamelas restaurant.

If i’m staying in the Hotel, do I need to make a reservation for days/nights or the restaurant?

When it comes to poolside in the day our hotel guests are always prioritised for spaces, you do not need to make an additional poolside reservation.

However, when it comes to Pamelas restaurant you will need to make an advance reservation if you wish to dine with us. Tables can be booked in advance or on arrival at the hotel via our Reception team. If you are arriving at the weekend we advise advance booking.

Will you be open every night?

Our Pikes Nights will be happening every night across the summer. We will also have special events programmed throughout the season and daily activities and extras available. Be sure to ask our receptions staff for any info on what we have coming up during your stay.

Will you still have DJs?

We have entertainment programmed 7 days / nights of the week with our inimitable world of charismatic, colourful characters and guest DJs providing the perfect soundtrack. The entertainment will be spread across all our outdoor areas with a surprise waiting around every corner.

The exact offering of each night will be different as it normally is at Pikes. For example Monday to Wednesday will take on a more chilled poolside vibe.

Is there a guest list? How can I join you?

Unfortunately our night-time programme has had to change to reflect the new rules and regulations so things will be different to normal. Pikes Nights and all of our evening entertainment is now tables only spread across our seated Sunset and Poolside terraces. Advance reservations are required.

How long do I have my table for?

When you book you select your arrival time and you’ll have your reservation from that point until 1am for Pikes Nights.

If I make a reservation where will I be sitting?

Our Pikes Nights tables are all outdoors and spread out across our Sunset Terrace and Poolside Terraces. The tables are allocated by our restaurant team and their location will depend on the day of the week you book. On Sunday – Tuesday these will be on the Poolside Terrace, Wednesday – Saturday on the Sunset Terrace and Poolside Terrace. This may vary for certain Special events.

Can I order at the bar?

Pikes Nights is all table service, you’ll be able to order all your favourites from our team.

If I make a dinner reservation for Pamelas, do I also need to book additionally for Pikes Nights?

No, you are not required to make separate reservations. Your dinner reservation in Pamelas carries over to Pikes Nights meaning you get to keep your table in the restaurant until 1am when we close if you wish.

Will there be any food available at Pikes Nights or just drinks?

There will be Pikes Pizzas available to order from 8pm – 1am to your table. Our full Dinner menu is only served in Pamelas so you will need to make a reservation.

Can I cancel a reservation?

You can cancel your reservation anytime up until 4 hours before your arrival time.

For restaurant reservations Pikes Ibiza charges a 30€ “No Show” fee per person. 45 minutes late without prior communication is considered a “No Show”.

For drinks reservations your €50 table deposit will be lost in the case of a “no show”.
