Additional terms & conditions you need to know

• Competition opens on Tuesday 10th December and will end at 12:00 (midday) on Tuesday 24th December 2019
• The winner will be announced via social media and contacted via Direct Message on Wednesday 25th December 2019 (Christmas Day). Should the winner not respond within the given timeframe then the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen
• The winner and their guest must be aged 25+ at the time of check-in at Pikes Ibiza
• Competition prize includes: 3-night stay at Pikes Ibiza on selected dates (27th until 29th April, 4th until 6th May, 11th until 13th May, 15th until 17th June, 12th until 14th October, 26th until 28th October) with continental breakfast in Room 39, a dinner for 2 in Room 39 on one of the nights stay, 150 euro bar tab courtesy of BULLDOG Gin, return flights from London City airport, fashion bundle courtesy of Starlover including 2 x leather jackets, 2 x Freddie Rocks t-shirts and 2 x Freddie Rocks tote bags.
• Flights are included courtesy of British Airways, please see specific T&C’s below.
• Transfers are not included as part of the prize.
• Entry to any events in Freddies over the selected dates will be included
• Dates are subject to room availability and cannot be transferred
• The prize is for the winner of the competition and cannot be transferred to another name
• Any portion of the Prize not used by the Prize Winner is forfeited and no cash substitute will be offered or permitted
• Travel insurance is not offered as part of the Prize. The winners are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance including injury, loss and damage. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• The prize winner and their accompanying travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any other necessary document (e.g. visas) organised in time for the trip – no alternative prize will be offered if they cannot travel
• Entrants who are employed by or associated professionally with Pikes Ibiza are not eligible to win the competition
• Winners must respect the Pikes Ibiza policies

Specific Terms & Conditions of your British Airways prize:

• Once the winner has requested preferred travel dates, we (Pikes Ibiza) will liaise with British Airways to secure the flights. Once we have confirmation, we will confirm the dates with the winner. We will do our very best to accommodate the dates you request but reserve the right to offer alternative dates as flight seats are subject to availability of space and commercial demand.
• Your flight tickets are valid on routes operated by BA CityFlyer only to/from London City Airport as shown.
• Your booking will include flight seats only, no additional extras. You will be entitled to Hand Luggage within the guidelines of British Airways.
• Travel on British Airways code share and alliance partner airlines and franchises is not permitted.
• Reservation changes are not permitted once tickets have been booked.
• If space in the class of travel that appears on your ticket is not available at the time of check-in, due to commercial demand, please co-operate fully with the check-in agent who will try and accommodate you nearer to departure time.
• On rare occasions, the check-in agent may ask you to standby for a flight, to downgrade or to travel on a later flight. If this is the case, we would appreciate your co-operation in complying with the check-in agent’s request.
• Once the booking is confirmed, we will email you your Booking Reference and you will then be able to access your flight via the British Airways website.

• The tickets are NOT transferable, have no cash value and are not for re-sale.
• On acceptance of this prize, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
