Ever a pioneer, creative director Dawn Hindle suggested the idea of a kitchen swap to Blacks Club owner, television chef and author Luke Thomas when she visited the restaurant earlier this year. Luke Thomas took over Room 39 at Pikes back in September as part of our Literary Festival and now it's the turn of Lee Milne to takeover the kitchen of Blacks Club in Soho, London.Read More
