In compliance with new government guidelines we have reviewed our hotel, restaurant and events programme. Whilst it is still our aim to offer a full hotel, daily restaurant, bar and entertainment schedule the social distancing measures mean a reduced capacity in certain areas and therefore there will be some protocol changes to our reservations and booking requirements.
Full table service will be in operation and advanced booking is essential. We are sorry we cannot accommodate anyone without an advanced reservation.

A touchless check-in protocol is being crafted for your arrival experience to the property. Our reservation team will contact you a week prior to your arrival with the full details of our touchless check-in procedure.
Our reception desk will be fitted with safety screens and hand sanitiser, wipes and gloves will be available at all Pikes key areas.
You will be escorted (while maintaining social distancing) to your guest room which will be unlocked upon your arrival. If you require assistance with baggage we have the appropriate PPE and are happy to help.
We’re always keepin’ it clean, however for your ease of mind, we would like to share with you our fresh housekeeping protocols. In order to minimise contact, daily housekeeping service and turndown will be available during your stay however you will need to vacate your room before our housekeeping team can access.
Additionally, all soft goods such as throw pillows and throw blankets will be removed from guest rooms. Please let us know if you would like any additional pillows and blankets delivered.
On request, we are pleased to provide new or additional linens, pillows, towels, and amenities. Please speak to reception and we will promptly have them delivered in a bag outside your door. We will also provide an additional bag for you to place your existing linens in and place back outside the door for removal.
Our poolside service remains the same, however we kindly request that if you are vacating the bed you let our pool attendants know so we can fully sanitise for re-use.
In order to comply with the government guidelines, our regular menus will be replaced by in-restaurant blackboards and digital, QR code menus that can be viewed on your phone. The restaurant layout will adhere to social distancing measures.
In order to fully comply with government guidelines our bar service will remain closed and all our drink offerings shall be served by a waiter at your table or pool-bed. In order to ensure this is possible we cannot allow any guests without a reservation to enter the premises.
It is mandatory to wear a mask at all times unless consuming food or drink. Guests are required to wear a mask when passing through our gardens, pool area, reception and any other public areas. Masks are also mandatory outside of the hotel on public roads or outdoor spaces.
Please ensure you bring a mask with you.
