Dance with us

From the hard-partying heartbeat of Pikes, Freddies to the glitter ball-laden Sunset Terrace to our newest party pocket, the Bathtub Club – there’s something for everyone at Pikes and we can’t wait to welcome you all back to our house.

Our restaurant pays homage to the bohemian beauty who once strutted across the sun-drenched Pikes pool terrace as if it was her own private catwalk. Rumoured to be Tony Pike’s ex-lover, a long-lost family member or the hotel muse, Pamela was many things to many people. Above all, she was the one who got away.

A celebration of her uniqueness and her style, her bacchanalian finesse and her embodiment of the 1970s era. Pamelas is a place to see and be seen.

We’ve created a fitting tribute to our enchantress through a heavenly menu that is filled with flavour, lovingly prepared and beautifully presented. There’s a touch of nostalgia in the dishes on offer, with a contemporary twist elevating them to the high culinary standards of today’s discerning diners.

We celebrate the rustic land on which Pikes stands by sourcing as much fresh and organic produce from the surrounding farmlands as possible. If it can’t be found on the island, we’ll go to straight the finest source to ensure our ingredients are brimming with authenticity, flavour and quality. Just be sure to save some room for those legendary desserts.

Love Food Ibiza Brunch

DELICIOUS, NUTRITIOUS AND MOST DEFINITELY MEMORABLE

Tess Prince and her Love Food Ibiza Brunch returns for another summer at the helm of the daytime menu, served daily between 11am and 4pm. Pulling from her worldwide culinary experiences, the menu covers all tastes and food desires – where beautiful food meets rock n roll… which just so happens to be healthy too!

Using beautiful seasonal Mediterranean produce with exotic touches from the Middle East to the Far East, there is an emphasis on a rustic chic presentation with high definition taste and colour – a perfect union of food to compliment the iconic reputation of Pikes. The kind of menu that you will want to get fully involved with!

Dinner In Pamelas

NOTHING BUT THE BEST

Our highly decorated head chef, Tim Payne, takes the kitchen reins for another summer in Pamelas. He’s spent his decades-long career sprinkling magic in Michelin-starred restaurants, so expect nothing but the best for his next Pamelas adventure. The 2023 menu features an evolving merry-go-round of dishes every few weeks this year, with firm favourites making the cut (including pincho of octopus & chorizo and Jamon Ibérico) alongside a smattering of exciting new dishes.

In the words of Tim himself, “This summer it’s going to be even bigger and better than ever.” – we can’t wait!
