Pikes Event Entrance and Conduct Code

By signing up to the Pikes guestlist or attending our night time events you agree to adhere to the Pikes Event Entrance and Conduct Code as outlined below:

Signing up for the free guestlist online for any of our events does not guarantee you entrance.

• The confirmation email you receive after signing up is not a ‘Ticket’ simply a confirmation your name is on the list to be checked at the door.
• The venue can become over subscribed so we strongly advise all guests on the list to arrive early to avoid disappointment.

The management reserves the right to deny admission, to refuse entry and/or eject any person from the venue for any reason, but particularly if any of the following Pikes Codes are not adhered to.

• You must be over the age of 27
• You must be carrying a valid form of photographic identification such as a passport or driver’s licence.
• You appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
• You are behaving in a dangerous, inappropriate, or abusive manner.
• You are wearing sportswear, flip flops, swimwear or glitter.
• You are part of a stag, hen, bachelor or bachelorette party

Any form of verbal or physical abuse towards employees of Pikes or fellow customers will not be tolerated and may result in prosecution.

• For safety reasons we reserve the right to search clothing, bags and all other items upon entry and exit, and we may confiscate any items that may cause danger or disruption to others.
• Food and drink items purchased outside of the venue are not allowed to be taken inside the venue.
• SLR Cameras, unauthorised video cameras or equipment for the professional recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) of any audio, visual or audio-visual material within the venue is strictly forbidden and not permitted at any time. Any such material may be confiscated and / or destroyed by the promoter.
• It is not permitted to display or distribute any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials without the venues prior written consent.
• By entering into the venue, You give Your express consent to be photographed or filmed or sound recorded as part of the audience.
• Disabled facilities are available. Please contact us in advance of the event if you have any specific access requirements, otherwise it may not be possible to meet your needs.

Pikes will not in any circumstances reimburse taxi or transport fares for persons not permitted entry.
