Frequently Asked Questions
When you’re planning a holiday, it’s only natural that a lot of questions spring to mind, and you may not be the first to ask them. With that in mind, we’ve compiled a list of our most-asked questions – and most importantly, the answers – in one easy place. Whether it’s about eating, sleeping or raving with us, read on – we’ve got you!
EVENT FAQS
Want to ask us something ahead of one of our events? You might just find the answer right here…
Head to events.pikesibiza.com, click on the event of your choice and opt to join the guestlist. If the event listing says it is sold out, that means we’re at capacity and can’t add any more names to the list.
There are no waiting lists, we can’t accept walk-ins on the night and there are no secret ways in – no name dropping, no arm-twisting and definitely no bribery! You’ve gotta be quick and decisive! FYI, the guestlist for each event opens two weeks prior to the date and you can also sign-up to be notified of this in advance.
Don’t forget, you need to be over the age of 27 to attend a Pikes event and carry ID to prove it.
All of the events at Pikes are FREE unless otherwise stated.
That’s a hard no – guestlist is always required for Freddies and our bars, while an advance table reservation is needed to dine at Pamelas. We don’t accept any walk-ins at any time – sorry!
To join us at any time, you’ll need to make an official reservation through our website and our booking partners, OpenTable.
If we’re sold out online, we’re at capacity for that event. We don’t have waiting lists and there are no tickets available on the door – there’s no way to pay your way in!
Yes, you need to be over the age of 27 to attend a Pikes event and carry ID to prove it.
Not exactly. Signing up to the guestlist doesn’t automatically guarantee entry – this is at the discretion of our management and door staff, who always abide by the famous Pikes Codes.
We also advise you to arrive early, even if you are on the guestlist, to avoid disappointment.
There is indeed – we want to keep our spaces as safe and inclusive as possible. Our management reserves the right to refuse entry, and/or eject any person from the venue, especially if any of the following Pikes Codes are not adhered to:
- You must be over the age of 27
- Photographic identification such as a passport or driver’s licence is required
- You appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
- You are behaving in a dangerous, inappropriate or abusive manner
- You are wearing sportswear, flip flops, swimwear or glitter
- You are part of a stag, hen, bachelor or bachelorette party
There are no exceptions to these rules, so please don’t be the person who turns up to try their luck!
You can order a tasty Pikes Pizza’s at any of our bars between 19:00 and 01:30. If you’re looking for something a little more fancy, our full dinner menu is only served in Pamelas and you’ll need a prior reservation to get a table on the night.
HOTEL GUEST FAQS
Got a question about staying with us? Whether you’re thinking about booking, or have already reserved your stay, we’re here to help!
By day, our poolside daybeds are reserved for hotel guests only – there’s no need to make a booking. By night, it’s the same in Freddies – guests staying in the hotel receive automatic entrance to every party, so you don’t need to sign up for the guestlist.
When it’s time to dine however, you will need to make a reservation in our restaurant in advance for lunch or dinner (no need to make a breakfast reservation, simply rock up between 08:00-11:00!). You can request this via email, or via the booking pages on our website ahead of your stay or ask our lovely reception team to do this for you on arrival. We do advise booking in advance if you’re arriving on the weekend, as the restaurant is quite often booked out ahead of time.
Yes! A daily continental breakfast is a delicious part and parcel of your stay at Pikes, served between 08:00-11:00 in our restaurant.
Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are also changed daily. Bedsheets are changed every second day. If you need anything spruced up or changed in between, call reception to let us know and we’ll send one of our wonderful housekeeping team in to sort it out.
You can check in, but you can never check out… metaphorically, of course. In real life, check-in is from 3pm and check out is at 11am. Please note, all guests are also required to pay a government mandated eco tax of 1.10€ per person, per night that isn’t included in your room rate.
If you want to organise a late check-out (you won’t be the first, and you won’t be the last!), please let us our reception team know in advance – this is subject to availability and an additional cost.
In short, no. All of the rooms and suites at Pikes are non-smoking and our management reserves the right to apply a penalty charge if anyone sparks up in the room throughout your stay.
Sure. Our reception team can help with a range of concierge services and beauty services during your stay, from hairdressing, manicures and massages to yoga or personal training, restaurant reservations, transfers and much, much more.
We recommend getting in touch in advance, by emailing reservations@pikesibiza.com or you can pop in to make an in-person request 24/7 after check-in.
We can’t guarantee the location of your room – unless you’ve booked La Vivienda or La Residencia, of course.
After you’ve made your reservation online, our reception team will send you an email (to the address provided at the time of booking) to inform you if your room is located in any of the areas designated for events (courtyard). If this isn’t what you’d wished for (for many of our guests, this is living the Pikes dream), and we can’t offer you an alternative, you can cancel your reservation within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
Check out our room guide here, to get the inside scoop on each of our individual rooms and suites.
