Event Reservation Terms & Conditions

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests, please familiarise yourself with our full Pikes event entry policy outlined below:

1.0 Guestlist and Entry Requirements

For all our events, being on the guestlist is essential for entry. We do not accept walk-ins on the day.

Signing up to the guestlist is free on our website or through select event partners only. 

Pikes Ibiza does not charge for guestlist entry, and we strongly advise guests to be cautious of individuals or third-party websites attempting to sell guestlist spots. Always register through official channels, as Pikes Ibiza is not responsible for any fraudulent transactions and will not provide any compensation for losses arising from unauthorized guestlist sales. Please be aware of any websites or individuals selling access to Pikes Ibiza.

Being on the guestlist and having a guestlist pass does not guarantee entry. Entry is always at the discretion of our management and door staff and may be limited by capacity or if the below terms are not adhered to. We advise all guests to arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Our management reserves the right to refuse entry and/or eject any person from the venue at any time, for any reason, and without notice.

Entry will not be allowed for anyone who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are found to be intoxicated upon arrival, you will be asked to leave the premises.

We do not accept stag, hen, bachelor, or bachelorette parties.

2.0 Charity Donation

At Pikes Ibiza, we believe in giving back to the local community. As part of our commitment to supporting important local causes, all guests on the guestlist are required to make a mandatory minimum donation at the door upon entry, which is typically €5 but may vary for some events.

Guests are welcome to donate more if they wish, and 100% of all donations go directly to Pikes’ nominated local charities benefiting various community projects and initiatives.

Donations are card-only; we do not accept cash payments at the door.

By attending an event at Pikes Ibiza, you acknowledge and agree to this charitable contribution as part of our guestlist entry policy.

3.0 Identification

Our events at Pikes Ibiza operate an ‘Over 27’ age policy. We may require attendees to provide valid identification upon entry.

Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo IDs such as driver’s licenses, passports, or identity cards.

4.0 Dress Code

At Pikes Ibiza, we don’t have a strict dress code, but we encourage our guests to make an effort with their attire. We ask that guests adhere to the following guidelines:

No flip-flops.
No beachwear.
No sportswear.
No stag or hen attire, including themed costumes, sashes, or novelty accessories.
No glitter.

Smart, stylish attire is encouraged. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate dress.

5.0 Mobile Phone & Photography Policy

To maintain the unique atmosphere of Pikes Ibiza, we have a no mobile phones policy during events.

Upon entry, your phone’s camera will be stickered, and photography and filming are strongly discouraged.

We encourage minimal use of mobile phones to enhance the experience for yourself and others.

Please respect our policy and be present in the moment. For those who wish to capture memories, photobooths are available within the venue.

Any guests found excessively using their phones to photograph or record video will be warned by our team or security and may be asked to leave.

6.0 Bag Checks and Security Screening 

For the safety and security of all attendees, bag checks and security screening may be conducted at the entrance.

Attendees are encouraged to minimise the belongings they bring. Pikes does not have a cloakroom or area to store personal belongings.

Prohibited items such as illegal substances, outside food or beverages, and large bags will not be permitted inside the venue premises.

7.0 Photography and Filming

At Pikes Ibiza, we understand the importance of capturing memories and moments during events. To ensure the enjoyment of all attendees and respect the performers’ rights, please adhere to the following guidelines regarding photography and filming:

Personal Use Photography: While we strongly discourage mobile phone use, attendees may take personal photographs and videos for non-commercial use in designated areas. However, we ask that this is kept to a minimum, particularly in the Freddies club room.

Professional Photography and Filming: Professional photography and filming (including the use of DSLR cameras, professional video equipment, and drones) are strictly prohibited without prior authorization from Pikes Ibiza management.

Promotional Content: Any photography or filming intended for promotional or commercial purposes requires prior approval from Pikes Ibiza management.

Consent and Release: By entering Pikes Ibiza, attendees grant permission for their likeness to be captured in photographs and videos for promotional and archival purposes by Pikes Ibiza and authorized event partners.

Respect for Performers and Artists: Please refrain from using flash photography or recording at any time.

8.0 Admittance and Re-Entry

Unless stated, our event doors open at 21:00 and close at 04:00.

Late arrivals may be permitted entry at the discretion of venue staff.

Re-entry to the venue may be allowed under certain circumstances. Please inquire with venue staff for re-entry procedures.

9.0 Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow attendees, performers, and venue staff.

Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in ejection from the event.

10.0 Accessibility

Pikes Ibiza is committed to providing accessible facilities for all attendees. Please notify venue staff upon arrival if you require any assistance or accommodations.

11.0 Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions from venue staff and proceed to designated emergency exits.

Emergency evacuation procedures will be communicated through announcements and signage.

12.0 Liability Disclaimer

Pikes Ibiza is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees while on the premises, including but not limited to personal belongings, unless due to the negligence of the venue.

13.0 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Guestlist entry is free; however, Pikes Ibiza is not responsible for travel costs or other expenses if entry is denied or if the event is canceled.

14.0 Drugs & Zero Tolerance Policy

Pikes Ibiza operates a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs. Anyone found in possession of or under the influence of illegal substances will be denied entry or removed from the venue.

15.0 Inclusivity & Staff Respect

At Pikes Ibiza, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment for all guests, staff, and performers. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior—whether based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, or any other characteristic—will not be tolerated.

Furthermore, we have a zero-tolerance policy for any abuse, harassment, or intimidation directed towards our staff. Our team works hard to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, and any guest found mistreating staff will be subject to immediate removal from the venue, with potential bans from future events.

By entering Pikes Ibiza, you agree to uphold these values of respect and inclusivity. Failure to do so may result in action at the discretion of management.

16.0 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Pikes Ibiza reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of attendees to review the latest version before attending an event.

By entering Pikes Ibiza, you agree to abide by the above entry policy. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denial of entry or removal from the event premises.
