Restaurant Reservation & Dining Terms & Conditions

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests, please familiarise yourself with our full Pikes Restaurant & Dining policy outlined below:

1. Reservations & Arrival Time

To ensure a smooth dining experience, we kindly request that all guests arrive on time for their reservation. Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reservation time. Due to high demand and our waiting list, failure to arrive within this period may result in the forfeiture of your table.

2. Group Bookings

To maintain the best possible service and dining experience, we limit table sizes to a maximum of 6 guests. Larger group bookings and private events may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability. For inquiries, please contact our concierge team at concierge@pikesibiza.com. Please note that larger bookings are not always guaranteed due to space limitations.

3. Restaurant Menu & Themed Nights

On certain nights, our restaurant menu may change to match the theme of a special event. These themed menus are carefully curated to enhance the experience and will be communicated in advance via our website and social media channels. Guests are encouraged to check for updates when making a reservation.

4. Night Slices – Terms & Conditions

Night Slices is designed as an informal and social dining experience.

Pre-Booking & Tokens

Guests must pre-book a 1-hour slot for Night Slices. Upon arrival, each guest will receive four (4) tokens, each redeemable for one (1) slice of freshly made Pikes pizza.

Tokens are valid only during the booked slot and are non-transferable. Unused tokens cannot be refunded or redeemed at a later time.

Drinks are not included and must be purchased separately at the Garden Bar.

Guestlist Access

Pre-booking Night Slices includes guestlist access to the event afterward, subject to standard guestlist rules.

Guests must arrive within their booked slot to be eligible for guestlist access. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of both the Night Slices experience and guestlist access.

Time Slots & Seating

Guests must select one (1) of the three (3) available time slots:

Seating is first come, first served in the garden and poolside areas. Tables cannot be reserved.

Weather Policy

Night Slices is an outdoor dining experience and may be affected by weather conditions.

Contingency plans are in place for inclement weather, but availability and operations may be subject to change. Guests will be notified of any changes as early as possible.

General Terms

Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to guests who fail to comply with these terms. All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy.

    5. Age Policy for Dining

    Dinner Reservations: Our dinner service is strictly for adults aged 27 years and older.

    Lunch & Sunday Roast: During our lunch hours and Sunday service (until 6:00 PM), children under the age of 18 are welcome to dine in the restaurant. However, children are not permitted in the poolside area or the pool at any time.

    6. Minimum Spends

    To ensure an optimal dining experience and fair table usage, we have introduced a minimum spend policy for reservations.

    Dinner: €85 minimum spend per person (paid in advance, can be used on food & drinks).
    Sunday Roast: €60 minimum spend per person (paid in advance, can be used on food & drinks).
    Night Slices: €30 minimum spend per person (paid in advance, can be used on food only).

    Lunch: A €30 pre-authorisation is required on booking via a credit or debit card, which is only charged in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show.

    Minimum spend amounts apply to the restaurant food and drinks only and cannot be against merchandise or other services.

    7. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can be made online via the Cover Manager platform through which you made your reservation. A fee of €30 per person will be deducted from the minimum spend, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time will be considered a no-show, and no refund on the minimum spend will be provided.

    A €30 pre-authorization charge applies for lunch bookings, which will only be taken if the booking is canceled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show.

    8. Payment Policy

    We accept major credit/debit cards and contactless payments.

    A discretionary service charge will be added to the final bill.

    9. Mobile Phone & Photography Policy

    To maintain the unique atmosphere of Pikes Ibiza, we encourage minimal use of mobile phones to enhance the experience for yourself and others.

    Please respect our policy and be present in the moment. For those who wish to capture memories, photobooths are available within the venue.

    Any guests found excessively using their phones to photograph or record video will be warned by our team or security and may be asked to leave.

    Professional photography and videography require prior approval from management. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

    15. Inclusivity & Staff Respect

    At Pikes Ibiza, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment for all guests, staff, and performers. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior—whether based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, or any other characteristic—will not be tolerated.

    Furthermore, we have a zero-tolerance policy for any abuse, harassment, or intimidation directed towards our staff. Our team works hard to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, and any guest found mistreating staff will be subject to immediate removal from the venue, with potential bans from future events.

    By entering Pikes Ibiza, you agree to uphold these values of respect and inclusivity. Failure to do so may result in action at the discretion of management.

    16. Changes to Terms & Conditions

    We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of guests to review the latest version before their visit.
